Descartes/Maxwell Social Hike and Picnic

The RAs have noticed a lack of community between lower quad and upper quad, so have decided to do something about it. Maxwell House and Descartes House will be having a social hike with a picnic halfway through the hike. The goal is to have individuals find a partner of the opposite house that they will hike along with, and hopefully become friends with.
